Feeling crafty

I have so many different projects that I want to do I just don't know where to start. Today I purchased two patterns from littlelizardking on Etsy. I am looking forward to trying the ruffled diaper cover pattern. My first and only attempt for a diaper cover turned out cute but it was WAY too small. It actually might have worked better for a preemie or baby doll. Not what I was hoping for when I sat down that day to sew. So we will see how this new pattern turns out for me. I have got to get out and purchase more fabric, maybe I can do that this weekend.

Another project that I am getting ready to start is making a quilt out of my son's receiving blanket. I haven't fully decided how large I want my squares or the quilt. I guess those are two very important things I need to figure out so I can get started.

However for today I am going to make another crayon roll! I will have to share some pictures when I am finished. I better get busy there is a lot more for me to do today.

Its the little things really that make my days!

Everyday there are SO many little things that make my day. Maybe I will post all of my little things sometime.. But right now one of my favorite little boys would like to show me some bugs on TV. I am not sure what show he is currently watching but when I took a peek at it there were ants!
